MEET KATIE KEDDELL - DRAMATURG
Katie Keddell (Dramaturg) is a director, researcher and theatre educator who has focused on theatre for all people for over 7 years. She has directed in a room where 5 languages were in use, for inclusive youth companies and across classical and emerging theatrical texts. She is a founding Artistic Ally of Ally Theatre Company, an Artistic Associate of Chesapeake Shakespeare and the Access Coordinator for Imagination Stage. Katie has an MA in Theatre Arts where she produced a youth-theatre piece Broad Canvas, in Casablanca Morocco. For Chesapeake Shakespeare, she has directed the “moveable” Romeo and Juliet and assistant directed Comedy of Errors and The Complete Works of William Shakespeare Abridged. Katie is a director specializing in collaborative theatre works and Viewpoints.
